Jennis Morse Etlinger is excited to welcome its newest attorney Katie Hinton. Katie is a graduate from Florida State University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. After graduation Katie began her career with Trenam Kemker, P.A. before moving to McIntyre Thanasides, both in downtown Tampa.

Katie focuses on complex litigation (adversaries, appellate, federal and state cases), bankruptcies (chapter 7, chapter 11 and trustee work) and general business representation (including churches). In addition, Katie serves as a pro bono mentor or pro bono general counsel for a number of nonprofit organizations including Growing In Age & Growing in God mentoring program, LIFT mentoring program and the New Dawn Restoration Communication Outreach Center.
